- 10:30 am cricket match against the school team.
- 5 pm – 6 pm Volleyball / Swimming
- 7:30 pm Social for the children Std. V upwards
Saturday 12th November 2011
- 10:30 am cricket match with the staff team.
- 5 pm – 6 pm Volleyball / Swimming
- 7:30 pm Annual dance with staff and guests
Sunday 13th November 2011
- 10:30 am Prep House party Std. IV and below
- 2:30 pm Ex-students depart
To all Ex-students attending the 3-day programme, please note:
- Registration Charges for Alumni Meet : Rs.1500/-
- Board & Lodging Charges: Rs. 750/- per day x 3 days = Rs. 2250/-
All Ex-pupils attending the programmes and availing of mess facilities in the school are requested to make the above payment and obtain a receipt for the same.
- Ex-pupils attending the Dinner & Dance only on 13th November, 2011 will be charged Rs.500/- at Evans Hall entrance.
- All timings must be strictly adhered to.
