Master Harsh Jaymin Maheshwari studying in class 8A has performed extremely well in the 5th World Teakwondo Culture Expo held at Seoul in South Korea. He won 2 medals in that camp one was a silver medal and the other was a bronze medal. He got the silver medal in Poomsae (demonstration) and the bronze medal in Kyorugi (fight) these games need a lot of practise. Harsh is from Shrirampur. He is currently staying in Nasik and has been practicing Teakwondo for the past 3 years. His coach’s name is Mr Vijay Londhe he has taught Harsh to play Teakwondo.

                Teakwondo means self-defence it is similar to martial arts. Teak means kick and wondo means pinch. To play the game a lot of confidence, stamina and concentration is required.

                Harsh has been for many camps of Teakwondo. One year the camp was held at Balewadi in Pune from where he was selected to be apart of the 5th world Teakwondo Culture Expo held at Seoul in South Korea
